In order to use the full functionality of Okomo, access to the camera and microphone must be allowed in the respective browser settings, for Okomo. From time to time, you may need to make these settings again, or you may have accidentally disabled them.
In our step-by-step guide, we show in the browsers we recommend: Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox and Microsoft Edge, how to re-enable access.
Google Chrome:

Click on the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

Select the "Settings" item in the menu that opens.
- Click "Website settings" under "Privacy and security"
- Click on "Camera" or "Microphone"

Check if "Ask before access" is enabled.

Check your blocked and allowed websites. Make sure that okomo.com is allowed
Mozilla Firefox

In the upper right corner of the screen, click on the burger menu

In the menu that opens, select the "Settings" item

Scroll down to "Permissions" under "Privacy & Security"

Click on "Settings..." for "Camera" or "Microphone"
- Check your blocked and approved websites. Make sure that okomo.com is allowed
Microsoft Edge:

Click on the three-dot menu in the upper right corner of the screen.

Click on “Cookies and Site Permissions” and scroll down to “All permissions”

Click on “Camera” or “Mikrophon“

Check if “Ask before accessing” is activated
