Okomo automatically sends browser notifications for customer requests (e.g. call, live chat, online appointment). These are displayed as small temporary pop-up windows on your desktop computer, depending on your browser and operating system. Clicking on them opens the Okomo Expert Portal so you can answer the call or respond to the request.
In order for live notifications to be displayed, you need to set your browser settings to allow Okomo to send you notifications. If you have not done this, the following message will be displayed:
